The volunteers who participate provide the Board of County Commissioners with valuable insight and are greatly appreciated. The Lake County Board of County Commissioners recognizes the importance of volunteerism as it plays an important role in leading a progressive and effective County government.
There are more than two dozen citizen committees and boards in Lake County. The citizens that volunteer on these various boards and committees have an interest or experience in the area of service and the necessary expertise to accomplish the goals and objectives of the specific advisory group.
