R. A. Siegel Company is located on lot 28. The R. A. Siegel Company is a third generation, family owned Wholesale Flooring Distributor of hardwood, laminate, porcelain tile, vinyl, commercial carpet, and many others.
Carroll Fulmer Trucking was the first business to move into the park. They purchased 22.52 acres and relocated their corporate headquarters. They currently have 75 employees.
American Hotel Register's facility is approximately 40,000 square feet on 19.87 acres.
Domino’s Distribution is located on 11 acres and contains 40,000 square feet. This center employs 78 people with an average wage of $15.82.
Embarq Logistics is 182,860 square feet in size and is on 20.60 acres. This facility distributes all Embarq supplies for the southeast.
Maritec Industries, Inc. manufactures Gambler Bass Boats and Toyota sport boats. This facility purchased in 1998 employs 110 workers. They have exercised their option on 5 additional acres for expansion.
In July of 1999 Circuit City opened their new distribution center in the industrial park. It is built on over 40 acres, Circuit City has over 700,000 square feet in their distribution and warehousing operation.
West Orange Truss Lumber Company, Inc. distributes lumber and building materials. This facility is housed in a 65,000 square foot building. West Orange Truss Manufacturing, Inc. is a truss manufacturer. This facility encompasses a 40,000 square foot building. These buildings utilize lots 16, 17 and 18.
Metals USA Building Products Group manufactures and sells sunrooms, patio enclosures, patio covers, car ports, screenrooms, pool enclosures, window awnings and shade products. The building is located on lot 4.
Dunkin' Donuts Southeast Distribution Center distributes food and supplies for Dunkin' Donuts stores in the southeastern United States. Their building is 131,000 square feet and is housed on lot 3.
PERI is one of the world's largest manufacturers and suppliers of formwork, shoring and scaffolding systems. PERI occupies lot 14.
Imagination Station Childcare Development Center, 20540 Independence Boulevard, is owned by Tony Lopresto, is operating a daycare for families of the commerce park and the surrounding area. It is housed on lot 27.
QuietFlex is located on lot 14. QuietFlex manufactures high quality, low cost flexible air duct that serves the needs of HVAC Wholesalers. Their corporate office is located in Houston, Texas and they have manufacturing facilities in Houston, Texas; Dayton, Tennessee; Phoenix, Arizona; and Groveland, Florida.
