Welcome to Lake County's E-Permitting online service. It offers you an easy way to apply and pay for permits with the touch of a button.
Please Note: Currently you can apply and pay for the following types of permits: Re-roof, electric service repair/upgrade, mechanical permits, plumbing – water heater and vinyl siding. For all other permits, please contact the Building Services Division at (352) 343-9653.
Once your permit application is received, a permitting specialist is notified. You will receive an automatic notification within 24 hours from the Lake County Building Division when your permit is ready to be paid for or if additional information is needed to process.
