Residential Impact Fee Schedule

An increase to the fire impact fee has been implemented. This increase is effective for all permits issued on or after Jan. 15, 2008. The schedule below reflects this increase.

Fees are per dwelling unit.

*Adult only communities which have received a qualifying letter from the County Attorney's office are exempt from the School Impact Fee.
