Notice: In April 2008, the Lake County Board of County Commissioners (BCC), through its Office of Procurement Services, finalized a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Policy and Manual for projects utilizing Department of Transportation funding or grants. As part of the annual update process for the DBE Manual, a public comment period of forty-five (45) days is provided to enable the public to submit comments regarding the procedures and goals currently expressed in the Manual.
